Should she have let her son meet his dying dad?
Yes. She did the right thing. The risk was well worth the reward in this case.
- If I had been put in that situation, I probably would have gone through the same thoughts, sans therapist. I'm sure I would have wanted to be selfish and finally make him pay for all the hurt he caused me. But I think I would have come to the same conclusion.
Should 6-year-old be suspended for bringing utensil to school?
I'm not sure. I see valid points in each side of the argument.
- The real issue here is the policy that ties the administrators' hands, not the act.
- Suspended? Yes. For 45 DAYS? Of course not.
Is 'Sesame Street' a favorite with your family?
- I've always loved Sesame Street; even as an adult, I still found it to be a charming show. My son has been watching it since he was 6 months old. He's now 4 and still loves the show and considers everyone on it to be his friend. I also credit his voracious desire to learn and read to the show.
